the location for Liverpool was excellent and absolutely perfect, really close to the centre, the bars and restaurants, and all main riverfront museums. the room was budget and good sized with a very clean bed, I greatly enjoyed it.

I have stayed in the double room with dishwasher. There are lots of supplies like: a microwave oven, central heating and an iron. The staff are amazing and brilliant and deserve a 4-star rating. The property has a magnificent and incredible location, close enough to the surrounding area and the echo arena.

Location
Stains on bedding, filthy sink. Disgusting floor the soles of our feet were black with dust. Only 2 days notice that there was a £200 deposit! Only after deposit was taken was we notified it would take 5 days for the money to be returned to our bank! Rude intimidating staff. Other guests were treating the hotel like a night club. Will not be booking again!

Location
Basic for money, neighbours were noisy. Boiler was noisey, no curtains in room so to light to sleep.

This place was a great spot to stay, our rooms with 2 single beds were enjoyable, the very central location was a big bonus, and the service overall was fantastic.

Fabulous view from the room! the staff here are really friendly and ready to help. You can't beat the location - it's right by a park and a forest 🌳.

Good location
The room allocated to us was dirty (toilet was very unsanitary), we asked for the room to be cleaned, which it was but the toilet was still not clean and a tissue stuck on the wall not removed. The room was much much smaller than indicated in the picture. The room we were moved to was larger and somewhat cleaner.

Location
The shower went cold too quick (after 10mins). Other than the lounge, the other rooms were very cold, mAinly the bedroom. The pictures online for a one bed apartment were very deceiving and the rooms were not as big or luxorious as the pictures. The view was not nice from the room. The fridge didnt work when we arrived and neither did the lift so we had to carry our heavy cases up to the 4th floor! It was my bday the day we checked out and they would not accomodate a late checkout, even for just half hour.
